Jim Ryan started in the tire business in 1948 and founded Superior Tire Service in 1963. By listening to our customers regarding their unique needs, requirements, and operating environment, we grew into a company that serves families, individuals, and industries whether their vehicles are transporting people or products.

We proudly operate Oregon’s only Michelin Retread Technologies (MRT) manufacturing facility. MRT is one of the safest, most-sophisticated, reliable, and value-added retreading processes in the world. Retreading creates more value to your budget and helps our environment by recycling your tires.
